I was really hopeful to get result with this product and purchased twice but is not working at all. I am just being honest and not to try to be an ugly customer. We are all different so maybe will work for you. JUST REMEMBER, this product comes from INDIA and refund request is very difficult. Today I spent 30 minutes in line at the post office plus have paid $34.65 for return shipping. Almost the price of the pills. I have requested a refund for both shipping and the product and have opened a numerous chat with customer service...it is and it was a hectic process... :-(
