My daughter received this tablet for Christmas. She has used it daily since. She loves everything about it. About 2 weeks ago, it stopped charging. It would say it was charging but never actually would despite using different chargers. Contacted AWOW customer service and received a message back from Martin within a few hours. After troubleshooting the tablet, he told us to send it back to him and he would send us a brand new replacement. We received it today and it is the exact same tablet. Very happy with the product and the customer service is amazing. Thank you so much, Martin!Make use of manufacturers warranty if tablet stops working.My two year old loves it I bought it for him last Christmas and he still uses it as we speak everyday. Touch screen and picture are very good no problems and battery life is great as wellAlthough we were very pleased with the product, it did break. Had to get a refund.Very week product bought both my children this tablet first one broke it, thought was just the child being rough. She was very upset said she wasn't. Week later I saw other child just accidentally drop it off the sofa arm not very high off the floor and screen was all cracked even with the rubber case on and extra screen protector still made large crack. Not worth money .Got this for my 3year old. Was easy to set up ect. Large clear screen. Sound was extremely loud even when turned down. Had to return as the battery died at 58% and never got to 100% charged. Think I would just pay more for a well known brand.
