ThanksI love this product & used it for a cough from a cold that kept me up at night.No flavorHelps with bone density—-Thank you Dr Greg Eric I saw this on YouTube from the doctor it does help with cough when you have a really bad cough non-stop this does the jobMy 82 yo husband has used this supplement for over 20 yrs and his bone health has maintained.Highly recommend this product!!Through trial and error of many potential deficiencies (potassium, magnesium, etc.) I was able to figure out that the charlie horses I was getting in my calves at night were due to an insufficient intake of calcium. Particularly when I'm trying to lose some weight and avoid cheeses and the like.I got this one because it's a bioavailable form and seems to work quickly. If I feel a charlie horse starting to form, I'll gently stretch it out to stop the spasm and then quickly take 4-5 of these. If it's already beyond that state, I'll chew them for faster absorption and chug some milk for good measure.They seem to come on in the late spring and last through the summer. I'm well hydrated but certainly process out more fluid during the summer, so I figure that's the cause. Once they start in the spring, I take 3 each night prophylactically‎. If a full charlie horse happens it's because I've forgotten to take these (and then I stop forgetting for quite a while...)If there's any con, it's that the tablet shape has an edge. It would be nice if those were rounded over, but it's not really a huge issue. The tablets themselves are smooth, not rough like some of the bone meal tablets are and not difficult to swallow.These aren't the cheapest supplements out there, but for almost three months of that kind of pain prevention and muscle damage avoidance, I find it well worth the price and will continue to re-order these.
