I ordered this tablet not knowing what to expect. Most reviews were positive but still...I have always used Samsung tablets but became frustrated with the tiny amount of internal memory they have and the particular model I own will not let you download updates to a memory card. The price you have to pay for a Samsung tablet with sufficient memory is outrageous. I like to play different kinds of games and needed plenty of memory. Nothing fancy, just word games, card games, brain teasers, puzzles, etc. So I started looking for other options and found this one.To start off, the first tablet I received was a lemon. After the first few days it would shut down and reboot in the middle of a game. It did this maybe 3 or 4 times during the first week and then about 10 days in it shut down and could not reboot. I got a screen telling me it could not start and I could try a factory reset. Didn't want to do that but after several unsuccessful attempts to restart, I had no choice. Within a couple of hours after doing factory reset it shut down once again and wouldn't reboot. This time when I tried to restart it did boot up without the reset but there was no way I was keeping this tablet. I decided to try a replacement because there are always going to be a few bad apples produced and after all, the tablet did work well when it was functioning. Plenty of memory, smooth video playback, no lag time on games. The graphics are good but not awesome, but I wasn't looking for awesome. For the price, it was better than I expected. I requested a replacement and within 3 or 4 days it was delivered. I've had the new tablet now for 2 weeks and have had absolutely no problems with it. Plays great. I would definitely recommend it. Besides, Amazon makes the return process too easy not to at least give it a try.I don't like the case that comes with it. Want a rubber case.This was the best purchase I ever made for school. I have all my textbooks in e-format downloaded onto it, so even when I have no internet, I can still study. It's the perfect size too. 8 inches is a little small for reading textbooks. 12 inches is way to big.This is the goldilocks tablet.The tablet is pretty fantastic itself and I have no complaints about it's specs. However mine keeps turning the screen off at random times. It's only a few days since I got it but it has been doing this since day 1. I wrote to the manufacturer seeking help and they told me they could not support this tablet because it wasn't bought at their official store. Sadly I'm going to have to return this tablet and buy one at the official store as I can not get help from the seller or manufacturer. Would have much rather kept it and maybe done a software work around as the tablet itself is fantastic.I want to get both my laptop and tablet repaired and working normally. I also received an email from Blackview acknowledging the problem, and "once we found the problem, our team has been negotiating with relevant agencies, and ordered them to solve the problem ASAP".]One of the bullet items in the description for this Blackview Tab 11 tablet mentions a feature that I haven’t seen in descriptions for any other mid-$200 Android 11 tablet—Widevine L1 support. Widevine L1 is needed in order to stream videos from Netflix and other providers in high definition. Without it, a device can only stream their videos in standard definition, a difference that’s very noticeable on tablets with 10” 2K screens. Widevine L1 support was the reason I picked this tablet over any of the many other Unisoc T618 chipset tablets you can buy all day long on Amazon for about the same price.Alas, it appears there’s a problem with Blackview’s implementation of Widevine L1. Videos from Netflix and Prime stream on the Tab 11 only in standard definition. And I couldn’t get Hulu to stream at all; it would try for a few seconds and then throw an error message. In the Netflix app’s Settings menu, Netflix identifies this tablet as a Widevine L3 tablet, meaning it’s capable of streaming only in standard definition. I asked Blackview about this on its website, its Facebook page, and the Customer questions & answers section of this Amazon product page. No reply.Clearly, there’s a disconnect between Blackview’s claims of Widevine L1 and how the streaming video providers who actually use Widevine L1 see it. I found that unsettling in terms of both claimed functionality and future support, and ended up returning the tablet.I’m certainly not an Apple fanboy, but I’ll point out here that you can purchase a refurbished 128 GB Generation 6 (2018 model) iPad from Apple for about the same price as this Blackview Tab 11 (or just about any other T618 tablet with similar specs). We have one of these iPads in our household. It has no problem streaming Netflix, Prime, and Hulu in high definition. It’s incredulous that new, Android 11 T618 tablets can’t do something that a four-year-old iPad can handle easily.Tablette achetée pour mon fils de 9 ans, je me suis fier aux avis. Plutôt content lors du déballage, j'ai vite déchanté. Après quelques paramétrages (Wifi) et mise à jour de la tablette., j'ai commencé à l'utiliser.La réponse au niveau des jeux n'est pas la (Roblox pour ceux qui connaissent), saccades, lenteur, etc.. Le toucher de la dalle accroche et il faut parfois s'y prendre à plusieurs fois pour valider une touche. Je pensais faire une affaire. Je ferai de mon mieux pour vous satisfaire.Si vous acceptez la solution, pouvez-vous mettre à jour votre avis négatif en un avis 5 étoiles pour soutenir mon travail? après avoir mis à jour l'avis négatif à 5 étoiles, je m'organiserai pour vous rembourser ou vous envoyer le nouveau téléphone portable dans un délai d'un jour ouvrable."Ne vous fiez donc pas qu'aux avis positifs, mais regardez également les avis négatifs...que les pasaba a los de Blackview por la cabeza cuando diseñaron este engendro ? nunca lo sabremos .lo que si te puedo decir es que es una mezcla de caracteristicas tan rara , que puede ser la tablet ideal , pero solo si la quieres dar un par de usos muy determinados .vamos por partes , primero lo bueno :la tablet esta MUY bien acabada , se nota metalica , no de plastico ... y aunque los bordes negros de la pantalla son enormes ( tengo una samsung tab a 7 y los bordes negros de los laterales son literalmente 5 veces mas pequeños , brutal ) , no molestan demasiado y lo compensa la buena calidad de imagen que tiene .tiene 4 gigas de ram y se nota , de hecho con la porqueria de procesador que le han metido , la ram es lo unico que la salva y la hace funcional .tiene conexion magnetica para teclado ( y aqui esta la clave ) .vamos con lo malo ahora :el procesador .punto .es basura .que les costaba haber metido un procesador un poquito mas decente ? es que no puede ni mover el COD mobile , que es el juego mejor optimizado del mundo y lo mueve bien hasta el Alcatel de 70 euros de 1 gb de RAM , de mi chiquillo ( literalmente ) ...POR LO TANTO , PARA QUE NO SIRVE ESTA TABLET ? :para jugar , principalmente ... o cualquier cosa que requiera potencia . La confezione contiene caricabatterie con cavo type-c, una custodia in pelle a libro, cuffie con cavo e un adattatore da type-c a usb per collegare un eventuale pen drive o un mouse e tastiera. Tablet arrivato con la pellicola già applicata e una di scorta.Che dire, per ora estremamente soddisfatto.Je n'imaginais pas qu'on puisse avoir un tel niveau de qualité pour ce prix. La tablette est très facile à prendre en main, sa mémoire interne est largement supérieur à celles des grandes marques pour le même prix. Question utilisation, tout fonctionne très bien. La tablette est suffisamment lumineuse. A noté que la tablette est fournie avec une coque de protection, un rabat sur l'écran (pliable et qui peut servir de support en position horizontale) et un film de protection anti-cassure sur l'écran. Les seuls points faibles sont le son comme (avec toutes les tablettes) et son poids (sans doute à cause de la batterie qui est de6580 mAh). Bref, les spécifications de l'appareil sont largement au-dessus de la concurrence pour ce prix la et en plus la finition est impeccable.Petit prix mais ne vous attendez pas à de la qualité. Aucune fluidité que ce soit avec le clavier ou bien les commandes. Le son est carrément déplorable et l'image est médiocre et ne parlons pas de l'autonomie de la batterie, vraiment je regrette sincèrement cet article et bien sûr je ne recommence pas.Après avoir mis une étoile j'ai été contacté par le vendeur qui m'a proposé le remboursement total de la tablette, je pouvais même la garder par contre je devais lui mettre 5 étoiles. Je trouve cette pratique commercial tout à fait ecoeurant es malhonnête. Bien sûr j'ai conservé le mail.
