I have used this product for years. I normally use it three months out of every year to ensure a good cleanse. Follow the instructions exactly, and you should have good results. You will evacuate more than usual, and that is normal. That's how it should work.Worked like a charmOK, apparently not everyone understands how this works. Drink A LOT of water before and during your cleanse ( preferably at least a half gallon a day) and start with one pill of each, then increase if you need to to achieve the desired result.If you don't drink enough, it will not work as well, might cause stomach irritation, etc. The first couple of days might give you some fleeting moments so be ready for that and time it so it shouldn't interfere with your daily life for those days. Once your gut is mostly clear, it'll settle down.I feel as though it did what it said it would do. It wasn't harsh, it was effective, and I could work without being afraid of spending tons of time in the bathroom. I totally recommend this product! The worst for me was the taking of the tablets and that wasn't bad either. Enjoy a cleaner you!!I purchased this so I could get some kind of natural cleanse and detox without having to fast. I purchased the 5 day cleanse but haven't had the right time or the desire to fast for 5 days. This one may not be "ultimate" but it works rather well. I took 2 of each tablet in the morning and 2 of each at night. However, you will be hitting the bathroom at some unexpected moments, so keep that in mind! The first day, it may take 3 or 4 hours or more to kick in, but after a few days it's like clockwork. An hour or so after taking the pills and eating, you will hit the bathroom. I would suggest not taking it too late at night because you will wake up and need to run to the bathroom. I made that mistake more than once. So, if you have a bathroom available throughout the day, no long commutes or needing to find a bathroom, then give it a try! I had to stop it off and on because of my schedule, a couple of days off, then started up again. That's a plus for this product too.I feel less bloated, and I don't have bad gas from eating certain foods like usual - iron rich foods, etc. It definitely helps with cleansing the system, but not sure about the detoxification part of it. I'm not sure what signs to look for. I purchased another box to do again after I take a break off of it for a month or so. When I do take it, I eat mostly fruit and veggies, some grains and some lean meat, and a lot of water or no calorie beverages.For starters: I am a 22-year-old female who only gets sporadic exercise but eats moderately well. I've never done a cleanse before, but I decided to try one because I have just recently gotten back on my feet after a long stretch of unhealthy behaviors.I stuck with this cleanse for 16 days. Here are my impressions:The product seems good for beginners, like me, in the sense that you can tailor the dosage to your own preference and it doesn't immediately produce extreme effects/feelings. I ended up sticking with a 2-of-each dosage twice per day.Though there is caffeine in this product, I felt it to be pretty negligible. This is coming from someone who drinks approx 50-100mg of caffeine per day.It is absolutely necessary to keep in mind that the cleanse includes cascara sagrada, and that it may not be safe to take it for a full 30 days.For the first week or so, the cleanse gave me 3 clean BMs per day without any ill effects. After that I still had multiple BMs, but there was more stomach noise in between (though no pains). I DEFINITELY noticed that my diet affected the amount of gassy noise, as well as the "solidity" and ease of the BMs. If I ate super greasy/fatty foods, the experience was much worse. It almost seems like Orlistat in that way. During the last few days of usage, I started getting a lot of prolonged and audible stomach trouble and my BMs became messy, even though I was doing my best to eat well. I tried waiting it out, but eventually just decided to stop and save the rest of the pills for a few months down the road.Overall I am appreciative of this cleanse; it really helped me focus on what I was eating, and I do feel that my stomach is a little flatter. I enjoyed having 3 BMs a day when they weren't messy. I feel generally healthier. I wish I hadn't begun to experience adverse effects so that I could have done it longer.I usually use Renew Life Brand but I feel like after using it every 3 months my body was habituated to it. I tried Ultimate Cleanse after a break-up when I spent a couple weeks being sad and not taking care of myself, ex. eating donuts when I'm celiac-sensitive but I was so sad I didn't give a care. But once I recovered from the break-up I realized my face was broken out and I was bloated.Ultimate Cleanse will make you diarrhea. The label says to increase dosage until you have firm stools but I'm not sure anything firm will ever come out as long as you use this cleanse, but that's the point! If you are scared of some belly rumbling and pooping like a bird ten times a day then don't cleanse. But realize that after you ride it through your skin will glow and you will feel like you grew wings. Cleanses seriously reset my entire system and I will go through the uncomfortable part to enjoy the benefits.Suggestions: I made the mistake of continuing coffee and eating some junk. I'm fairly sure that lead to the digestive issues so if you want to be completely legit on a cleanse make your diet clean as well. Next time I do this cleanse I'm going to try it this way to see if the dramatic digestion is reduced.SHOULD HAVE COME WITH AN ALLERGY DISCLAIMER! You would expect this product would be vegan! Shocking!
