I received this bag as a gift in August. I work from home and have only had about 5 occasions when I had to use it. I work from home so it is not used on a daily basis. The metal clasp on the shoulder strap broke into several pieces. I have some of the pieces but what good does that do me? Because I have not been able to get in touch with the seller I would not recommend purchasing this bag. The seller bagdUp does not have any contact info and Amazon Messaging Assistant keeps telling me they can't help to contact the seller. Very stressful and a waste of $200.00. I am happy to say that once Amazon got me in touch with seller, they immediately took care of the issue. Received a new strap with new snaps in the mail today. Hopefully snaps will hold up, otherwise very nice bag! Thank you Bagdup!!
